About the event
Our 2023 Investment Forum looked beyond short-term market forces towards “The Next Investment Horizon”. Our aim was to consider the direction of markets not just in the coming weeks and months, but the coming years and decades.
We’d like to thank everyone that took part in our holographic fund-raising game. We topped up the money raised to give £1,000 to each of our four chosen charities – Durrell Rewild Carbon, London Wildlife Trust, Dress for Success and the Hackney Foodbank.
And we hope you all enjoy our AXA IM honey, produced by our hives of British black bees in Kent, if you took one away with you.
It was a wonderful day of insight and interest. Thanks to our external speakers and to everyone internally who worked so hard to make it a fantastic day.
Guest speakers reflected the future focus
Henry Curr, economics editor at The Economist, had a timely discussion with AXA IM Core Investments CIO Chris Iggo on the impact of shock events on the global economy and markets.
We also heard from award-winning futurist Matthew Griffin on the trends that are reshaping our world, from AI to quantum computing to demographic and environmental change.
