Merger of AXA Framlington Monthly Income Fund

Scheme of arrangement whereby the property of the AXA Framlington Monthly Income Fund becomes the property of the AXA Framlington UK Equity Income Fund.

Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) can be found for the different unit classes from the following links. The KIIDs for the AXA Framlington UK Equity Income Fund below are the existing quarterly distributing classes. 

If the vote is successful and the merger takes place, new monthly distributing classes will be launched for the ongoing AXA Framlington UK Equity Income Fund but content of the KIIDs, i.e. Objective and Investment Policy, Risk and Reward Profile and Charges sections will be the same.
