Distribution fund range

The AXA Distribution fund range is designed for investors seeking a more cautious approach to investment risk and volatility. All of these funds aim to provide investors with income, as well as the prospect of capital growth, over time.

The funds each invest across a diverse range of assets including equity and fixed interest securities as well as cash, with a focus on minimising investment volatility, as far as possible. Each of the funds differs in the way that these assets are blended, and in line with their specific investment objective for example, a UK, global, ethical or defensive portfolio focus.

The AXA Distribution fund range is intended for those investors with a longer-term perspective on investing in financial markets. Each Fund maintains a focus on income, as well as offering the potential for capital growth, largely through investments in blue-chip equities. This equity exposure also raises the potential for portfolio volatility. However, each Distribution Fund is managed in keeping with a longer-term, cautious investment focus. This is particularly true of the AXA Defensive Distribution Fund, which is mainly invested in index-linked gilts, and so offers the lowest risk profile of the Distribution Fund range.
